On 17 March 2025, Swang Dwang organized a Training on Scientific Cultivation of Oyster Mushroom for women, farmers, and unemployed youth in the community. The programme focused on scientific methods of oyster mushroom cultivation, including substrate preparation, spawn inoculation, temperature and moisture management, harvesting techniques, and proper storage practices. Participants received practical guidance to help them start small-scale mushroom cultivation units for income generation and sustainable livelihoods. The training encouraged the use of locally available resources and promoted eco-friendly farming practices for rural economic development.
