On 6 March 2025, Swang Dwang conducted a Hands-on Training on Scientific Mushroom Cultivation for farmers, women, and unemployed youth in the community. The training provided practical knowledge and demonstrations on mushroom production techniques, substrate preparation, spawn handling, hygiene practices, harvesting, and packaging methods. Participants were encouraged to adopt scientific and sustainable cultivation practices to improve productivity and generate additional household income. The programme aimed to promote self-employment opportunities and strengthen rural livelihoods through low-cost and eco-friendly agricultural practices.
