On 21 February 2026, Swang Dwang organized an Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme for youth, women, and aspiring entrepreneurs to promote self-employment and sustainable livelihood opportunities. The programme focused on creating awareness about small business development, financial literacy, income-generating activities, and the importance of entrepreneurship in rural development. Participants were encouraged to explore local resources and innovative business ideas to improve their economic stability and become self-reliant. The programme also provided guidance on basic business planning, market opportunities, and community-based enterprise development.
