We conducted a Need Assessment Programme in Chiuluan Village in collaboration with the village authority to identify the major social, educational, livelihood, and healthcare challenges faced by the community. The programme involved discussions with village leaders, women, youth, and local residents to understand their immediate needs and priorities. The assessment focused on issues related to unemployment, skill development, education support, sustainable livelihoods, healthcare awareness, and community welfare. The findings will help in planning effective community-based interventions and development programmes for the overall well-being of the villagers.
